Work wellbeing pulse for organisations
Know and support your employees' wellbeing
Assess different sides of your teams' work wellbeing, map the problems they see in their work environment, and get suitable suggestions to weigh together with them for improving it.
- People answer anonymously the internationally used burnout questionnaire BAT-23 and questions on the work environment. You see their burnout risk and main problems unit by unit, with suggestions for each unit.
- Respondents' anonymity is guaranteed: the employer never sees an individual's answers, and a unit's result opens only once at least five people have answered.
- You can follow how wellbeing changes. With a few clicks you repeat the pulse every quarter or half-year and see whether the changes you made help.
- For development talks or supporting an employee. A person may choose to share their personality results with you. They decide what to share and can stop sharing at any time.
- It also suits large organisations with thousands of employees in hundreds of units: compare units one by one or in groups, follow changes, and share with each unit the suggestions that fit its results.
